Returns Policy

Original invoice must be presented (No Exceptions) for any Return to Base Warranties on Computers, Hardware and Software

IFD Warrants all products against defects in materials and workmanship. All hardware and software comes with a standard manufacturers warranty and 1 year standard IFD warranty on labour. Both of the above warranties are from the original date of purchase.

The warranty does not cover any incompatibilities with configuration with which the product interfaces with, or damage to other equipment used in conjunction with this product.

We will at our discretion, repair or replace the faulty product, free of charge, provided it is returned to us within the warranty period. Refunds could be within 7 days from date of purchase. A 10% restocking fee will be charged for such refunds.

All courier charges and insurance costs will be borne by the customer.

We reserve the right not to repair or replace goods under the following conditions:

• Equipment that has been mishandled or altered or modified by anyone.
• Equipment that has been subjected to a power surge from other equipment, or a lightning strike or other external factors.

A $45.00 labour fee will be charged if the product is found to have no fault.
